USWDP seeks eight (8) Interns to implement approximately 640 surveys at four Afghan public universities. The surveys would be administered to graduates of both none-USWDP degree program graduates, and USWDP supported degree program, extracurricular training participants, and graduates who have participated in internships. Study tools will be provided to the interns/data collectors in advance, and the interns will be trained on how to carry out the data collection. The purpose of the training is to ensure the data collectors understand the objectives of the study and fully understand the methodology for administering the surveys.
Surveys will be filled via face to face interaction with 640 specified individuals at Kabul University, Kabul Polytechnic University, Nangarhar University, and Jawzjan University. These universities have ongoing degree programs supported by the USWDP. The administration of these surveys would require an intensive use of the local languages (i.e., Dari or Pashto).
